"We already had a water feature, but it was constantly leaking water, and the original installer was not returning service calls. We stumbled upon E&A, and they promptly came out to take a look in Austin, TX. Not only are they exceptionally knowledgable about fountains/ponds, but they are extremely customer service focused. Long story short, they tore down our existing water feature and built it back up in a new configuration that was nothing short of awesome. From beginning to end, E&A clearly set expectations which helped us plan around their work to insure a smooth transition to our beautiful pocket oasis in our backyard!
